Took the ferry, missed the one our friends were on so we had a quick drink at the restaurant across the way at Demetris and this guy gave us buttons! I got the girl with the fire behind her meme and his friend who is a jazz artist: Heidi Savoie. Bryan got a picard button.
We explored the town across the way, Kingston, and had lunch and faried back

Ferris Wheel-go to the end of the pier-the restaurant was reasonably priced and we sat right next to the ferris wheel 🙂

Living Room: Dumpster Fire 2020 by Kino Knits.
Various super value worsted acrylic yarns, I think it’s mostly red heart. Lots of colors!
Using US 2, 2.75 mm needles.
Need to glue 10 and Steam block one more and then I’m done with 20 dumpsters
38 grms per dumpster (before glueing together)
71.4 yard/65 meters per dumpster

1428 yards, 1307 meters (my oversized worsted weight sweater was 1155 yards/1056 meters)

I’ve been trying to think of a way to remember to do some projects not from patterns. I love patterns but I also want to understand how stitches fit together and what I can create-I’m thinking maybe every so many cast ons I should do something with no pattern. Listeners! What are your thoughts?
